The Sheffield Kidney Institute has now developed online training resources for the management of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) in primary care. These consist of free 'micro' lectures covering key aspects of kidney disease management relevant to primary care. In addition there are a number of multiple choice questions and clinical cases discussions relevant to the practicing clinician. These resources will be useful for general practitioners, junior doctors and practice nurses who will be involved in the management of patients with CKD. We aim to develop these materials further and welcome suggestions as to how we can improve the educational value of this resource.
